Default xr4 coilovers and wheels???

can anyone help? i've just fitted gaz coilovers to my xr4i and am having a bit of trouble gtting wheels to fit. i've got some 17 inch wolfrace but they rub on the front shock, does anyone know the best size wheels that will fit, aftermarket or off of another ford, done a fortune so far so would like the cost kept down for now and get something tasty in the future?

the rim is actually rubbing on the shock. that is without a tyre on the wheel. i dont think i can raise the spring that much to clear the tyre without it looking like a paris dakar racecar. also the rim is too wide to space the wheel out, if i did it would look like carlos fandago super wide wheels. i'll give gaz a call to see if i can fit a sorter spring but i doubt it as they will need to be stiffer so the ride will suffer, appparently they will be harsh as they are. cheers, Paul
