Found a place that do head spacers for the RST. He can go up to 3mm for heads that have been skimmed too much and to lower the compression to run lower boost.

Has anyone used these spacers?

that will need 2 head gagkets which will last 2 miles if your lucky! it's basically like a de-compression plate as can be used on a ZVH.....

 

He says you don't need 2 gaskets. You use wellseal on the block side and then use the gasket as normal on the head side. He says he hasn't had any problems so far with them so fingers x'd.

Its got to be worth a go.

about as reliable as a bleed valve, hope your good at changing head gaskets

 

i agree - id keep well away from that sort of thing.

if you want low comp then get low comp pistons!

 

The guy says people who race with them on havn't had any problems.

Got a spare engine so its worth a go.

theyre crap just a cheap way of lowerin the compression but can only hold 8-10 psi max not worth shit keep well away if u wanna bodge it like that skim ya pistons lol
