What do people reckon to head spacers????

Found a place that do head spacers for the RST. He can go up to 3mm for heads that have been skimmed too much and to lower the compression to run lower boost.
Has anyone used these spacers?

Should run higher boost. Doh.

He says you don't need 2 gaskets. You use wellseal on the block side and then use the gasket as normal on the head side. He says he hasn't had any problems so far with them so fingers x'd.
Its got to be worth a go.
