Saw ur car at pod today spadge. looks smart mate.Didnt it used to be white? Surely u can go faster with the power ur running?

 

The car could go faster if spadge could launch the car and change gear faster, infact if some body else drove it, it would probley go faster

 

 

 

i was gonna say that mate. fpmsl. he drives it like a girl. hes prob too worried bout blowin the diff up.i ran a 13.3 with 350 bhp.

Only jokin spadge. Bet uv got a T4 on that thing.I run a T34 an thats hard to launch. too much revs an it wheelspins, too few an it bogs down. I cant beleive how hard some guys launch there cars,I got a grp n diff but im always expectin it to go bang.Geezer at pod today with cossied mk2 escort halfway down strip his prop broke from the diff then fell off completely! stopped the racin for half an hour. I think hes got anti lag or launch control but wen the cars runnin rite that thing looks like its gonna be seriously fast.

Got a list of excuses ie getting used to launching 2wd,damp track.18's etc etc......but i shan't mention them
Would have been nice to have something in the lane next to me that wasn't a spec in my rear view mirror by half way as well

Thats right spadge i havent run mine up the strip yet, but it wont be long now just get the rear diff sorted and then i will have a go, and you can then take the piss out of me as i sure you will and i dont care just like you dont its all a bit of fun at the end of the day. we can both have a go side by side at the rsoc central day next year should be good for a laught thats if your car makes it through winter

Who knows what spec it will be in 6 months time because i sure as hell don't

There were a few more up there mate but to be honest i saw very few runs as was sitting in the car all day in the q for upwards of 40 mins a run

 

best you lock the garage door and back door as well and give the keys to elliot to hide

Fair point mate my run was at the last rwyb quicker track then. Anyone who owns a cossie gets my respect. Its so good to see these cars still runnin, specially minters.
