i plan on carrying out a service on my 2wd saff cossie, wots stuff do i need.... im not doing the cam belt just stuff like oil, pads etc,

Oil / filter / plugs / leads / air filter (if not a cone) are the main ones. Check the discs and pads and see what they're like before you go buying stuff you don't need.

coolant last week- but i only used 1ltr, and brake fluid bout 2 months ago

It's just a 10/40 might be a bit thin depending on it's state of tune. Is it a bit tappety after a hard run?

It's just a 10/40 might be a bit thin depending on it's state of tune. Is it a bit tappety after a hard run?
to be honest id say its more tappety when its colld and before a gud run and its 332bhp

If it's ok when warm then stick to a 40, why not try a 5W/40 instead.

Thinner when cold. Maybe the 10 you're currently using is a tad thick when cold.
