hi i have a 2.0ltr focus and trying to find the best place to run a amp cable and was wondering if any of you guys could point me in the right direction i have looked for gromits and understand that there isnt really any to choose from but any input would greatly help

if you look at the passenger side there is a gromet near or behind the fuse box it will bring it out the passenger foot well

 

or u cant find 1 u could drill a hole fit a rubber gromet and use that

what i did is, open the door, theres a rubber gromet in the door hinge at the side, dont use the one at top but instead use the one further back, push cable in there it will go over the inner arch down to the bottom of the car, then u get under it and with help, feed it up through engine bay to battery.

then get other end and feed that thru the other gromet that you see when you open the door, and downwards this brings it down to the panel that unscrews in passenger footwell.

it took me 8 hours to figure this out and get my 0 awg from battery to passenger footwell

 

I fed mine through the wing and then through the gromit at the top by the door hinge then under the plastic cover down the inside of the car.
