Ive got standard mk1 focus rear disks and calipers mk5rs 2000 cables ,no probs what so ever ,mate is just fitting st150 rears to his and puss has st170 on his ,as long as your fronts are big enough you will have no probs with your rears ,also i have done away with the compensators and run in line valves off a ka/fiesta

i used xr4x4(early) discs and callipers with a mk 5 rs200 hand brake cable mate and had some rear braided hoses made up by hi spec, brackets to mount the callipers are widelly avaliable.
Some people say you can lock up the rears but i have done a couple of trackdays and have never experienced this

Thats because you used xr4x4 discs, if you use cossie size discs you will lock the rear end up under hard braking.

Make sure you get brackets that are for the xr4x4 discs (260mm) and calipers not the cossie ones (278 mm i think) as above link that with the rs200 cable and a couple of new hoses job done easy as that

You can stick whatever size discs you like on the back - all you have to do is get a bias valve?
