oops - got pretty drunk at a dinner party last night and bet i could lose 1/2 a stone in a week . I dont think its that hard but need to make sure - if i lose the girl gets a shot of my cossie! Anyone that knows me knows that NO ONE gets a shot of my cossie!(dont say for the obvious reasons - it get mot'd next week ) I've had her driving described and i wouldnt even let her near my super touring DTM vectra let alone the friggin cossie! Says she going to proper try in it....dont think she has a clue!

So whats the best plan - Did atkins thing before but its 5 days or something before your fat burning! Dont want to just not eat - seems a bit crap and kind of promised i wouldnt do it that way.

Couple of ideas to make sure i do it - give blood on the day and follow it up with laxatives LOL .... just to make sure.

Funny one was i weighed in at 12 stone - had a piss and was just into the 11stone bracket - made my night i was so drunk LOL
