Im sure there should be to bolts at each side of the bumper behind the front wing plastic inserts undo them and the bumper just pulls out.

As above, check there are no bolts into the chassis rearward of the rad mount ones, the side bits normally chew up the captive nuts, and have to be gently forced off.
