looking to replace exhaust on escos shortly , i know the magnex fits really well but i thought i read on here a while back the mongoose can sometimes foul on a bit of bulkhead or something ?.
is the mongoose a better exhaust (power wise)?

 

If fitted correctly you shouldn't have a problem with the Mongoose, got one on mine & its fine.Not sure about the power gains.

 

I would have thought the power difference would be minimal anyway so i wouldnt worry too much about that. I have a magnex and the fit is spot on. Ive heard a few people mention about the a poor fit on mongoose. Also, due to the magnex's design, you also get a bit more ground clearance, which is great if you live near those dodgy speed bumps, or if your drives on a slope.

 

Got a magnex on mine too and gotta admit it fits perfect and aint too loud either.

 

Ive used both magnex and mongoose but i would say magnex is the best quality,sound and fitment.But each to there own i guess.

Had a Mongoose first but that was quickly replaced by a Magnex

 

magnex on mine nice low burble sound on idle fits a1 put power up to 235 0n standard car

 

i,ve got a magnex on mine and it fits great
and as said above you get plenty of ground clearance

 

Does the Magnex come with a performance Cat ? I know the Mongoose doesn't.

belive it or not the magnex is quieter than the mongoose and less restrictive

harvy did test with monngoose/scorpion/magnex

magnex came out on top
