i notice from time to time there seems to be disagreements,not just on this site but sites in general....has any of this spilled over onto the shows when there on....personally i havent seen any fights or arguements at any shows i've been to.....but does it happen.??

 

Funniest thing i've seen was at Stanford Hall (Leicester regional day), at leat 5 years ago.
There was a bit of commotion around a trade stand, and some bloke had smacked someone else in the face (For reasons i dont know).
Funny thing was, the person he smacked was a woman
As he was trying to explain himself to her and an angry crowd, we heard him say "If i'd have known you was a woman i wouldnt have smacked ya!"
Obviously that comment didnt go down very well

 

I'm amazed that Dingy has never wanted a little wrestle with me with seom of the forum wars we have had.

 

It's all internet banter, anyone who takes it to heart & follows it up at a show or something should get a life imo.

 

Ive never actually seen any of the people who threaten violence to each other on here carry it out, they all just seem to be mouthy keyboard warrior twats.

I once seen an argument on an internet forum between two men, later that night we was all sat in the pub and one of them was with us laughing and joking, then the other one came through the door and he basicly jumped out of his seat and ran away. Then he was on the internet like nothing had happend, and was back next week.

I also on the same forum knew of a girl who was going to 'Skull Rag' another girl on the assumption she wouldn't turn up and when she did she told me to 'Hold Her Back'. And when I never she was like 'I swear if Benni never held me back I was going to smash her all over the floor'.

i remember someone giving it large here and then not turning up (or perhaps they did turn up) in their mums car with their mum and dad in the back just to make sure nothing kicked off

but the only time i can remember seeing any sort of potential fisticuffs at a show was at trax a few years back when this little lupo or chinqchento or some other titchy motor was being span up in reverse and it total smashed the shit out of a minter than mint frst that might have won best car of the show or something

I must admit I've got a bit wound up on here, when I was new member I was getting a ribbing from a couple of other members which resulted in me sending a pm to one of them, who I did meet at a Blackpool bash no shots were thrown I'm pleased to say and I now consider him a good pal and I understand he was just having a crack/laugh,

I lost my rag last year with regards to a football thread and offended another member who I apologised to and met at a Surrey RSOC meet, again I consider him a fellow member and a good pal,

But a couple of people have pissed me right off by calling me a cunt and other offensive things and in this situation I get hacked off because I know if they were standing face to face with me they wouldn't do it and if they did it would go off, with me win or lose I'd have a go and I wouldn't use weapons apart from the ones God has gifted me with.

Long and short of it is I have a good sense of humour and can take a wind up but some people do take it a bit too far, also if its someone I don't know personally I tend to take it the wrong way
