Ford Coolant - only one type thesedays ?

Ford Coolant - only one type thesedays ?
My ST200 needs Orange Ford Coolant, as opposed to blue, but my local Ford dealer says they only do one type these days as its really all the same 
are they right ?

The different colours have different service and renewal intervals.
Blue - Renew every 5-7 years
Orange/Pink - renew every 10 years.
The two can't really be mixed so if there's only one type, then it's a drain and flush of the system and then refill with the Orange coolant.
