Default Turbo/Exhaust seal

I have an aftermarket exhaust and am struggling to get a seal where it joins the turbo. This problem has only occurred recently as it used to be OK.

I've tried manoeuvering the downpipe to several different angles but it always seems to leak a little.

Any tips?

When I say leak, I mean smoke as in exhaust smoke. At least I think it's exhaust smoke. Could it be turbo smoke?

Any help appreciated.

Not oil from the drip tube off the turbo (to return oil to the sump) or something silly like that is it?
