your getting a good shafting no matter who you use with the only difference being the 'good' insurers might lube you up first to ease the pain

 

Nothing to do with the evo as I sold that ages ago

I recently 'tried' to get a quote online but for some reason the page kept freezing so I rang up to see if someone could help me by giving me a quote over the phone or suggest something else & the chap was probably the least hlpful person I've ever dealt with!

He wasnt bothered that I was trying to get a quote he just said "theres nothing I can do about it & if you cant get a quote online then thats it really"

So is that good customer service?

 

Perfomance direct for me at the mo just got such a better deal for less money, just how it should be.
