Presumably this hail of abuse comes from our not currently covering Lancer EVO's.
If you dont like us, dont use us - but there's no need to abuse us.
Every call or communication in or out of this place is recorded and I'd be happy to review every dealing that you have had with us if you feel that in some way our customer service has failed.

Nothing to do with the evo as I sold that ages ago
I recently 'tried' to get a quote online but for some reason the page kept freezing so I rang up to see if someone could help me by giving me a quote over the phone or suggest something else & the chap was probably the least hlpful person I've ever dealt with!
He wasnt bothered that I was trying to get a quote he just said "theres nothing I can do about it & if you cant get a quote online then thats it really"
So is that good customer service?
