by limiting the boost, or running a different spec of turbo / engine

turbo surge then there a several things u can do get it mapped up,get a turbo with cut back blades on the exhaust sides!your turbo it pushing to much volume of air into your engine thus causing it to stall

You don't cut the Turbine blades, you cut back if necessary the Compressor blades.
IF it is stalling and causing surge then most likely cuplprit is too large a compressor in relation to the turbine size.
What spec is everything ?
