that you can pay the congestion charge after youve been into it, i.e. i could stop at a garage on my way home and pay as long as it before 9pm or something?

no its 10pm then after that it 10 quid
where do ya need to go mate as i live 1 mile from kings cross, ya can park on my road and get a bus which is actually quicker as ya still have to search for a place to park
