Modified insurers that cover the ring?
As subject, who do people recomend?
One of my current insurers are happy with the ring (well happy isnt that accurate TBH, but they cover it, lol) but they wont cover modified cars.
The other one are happy with modified cars, but dont cover me outside of the uk at all, let alone the ring.
So who is with a company that they know cover them for a modified car at the ring?

Chip, I'm with Pace Ward who I believe do both. However, they will only cover you at the ring after you have been with them for a year and done a couple of track days during the 12months. This probably doesn't help at all for this year
Each track day costs Ł62 per day but the whole car is covered inc engine!!!!

Ask to speak to Chris Oakley. You may be able to persuade him

Ps
Its ONLY the 3rd party side of things that bothers me and hence im not after it for UK track days where you have no 3rd party liability anyway.
I just want to be fully legal on the ring, thats all.

Essentially the car im trying to insure, is on a par with a stage 3 cossie really in terms of the modifications, and is very much a road car.
Good site that though, im sure it will be useful to others
