this always happens to me and i would like to know why, if i go out for a night out and drink a load, i will always wake up around 5 in the morning and i cannot get back to sleep! does anyone know what the cause of this is? sounds strange but just wondered if it happens to you?

 

Could be dehydration, pint of water before bed is worth a shot.

 

head spins a bit when im pissed up, but no probs....

its when youve been on the little men when sleeping is a problem

 

should still be out on it at that time, if its a heavy one



no issue for me, have a skinfull, fall asleep, wake up 8- 12 hrs later

 

Yep, same here, happens most nights, up at about 4 or 5 and can't get back to sleep.

Just have a pint of water before bed and taht should help.

 

i find if i have somewhere to be or have a time to get up my self conscious tends to wake me up, but if i had a skinfull i normally asleep before i get home

 

So true, drinking and smoking was never a good combination for me at all !

Depend what ive drunk, If ive been on the voddy red bulls im fucked, Wide awake at 6, God damn caffeine

I usually sleep alot better after a good drink too.

Seen me waking up at 7am, fully clothed, half a pizza on the floor, no covers on me, light on and all that though Sort myself out and back to sleep, rise after lunch for some food an stuff

 

Sometimes I sleep till for hours and wake up fine, and other times I find I wake up early/after a few hours and then cant go back to sleep and I feel ill.

Why is it you feel fine when you go to bed and wake up feeling like death??

Sleep is a bad thing when your pissed...... fact!!!!! Lol.

I think it comes with age 10 years ago I could drink all day and night and then sleep for most of the next day but Now I will be awake with in 5 hours feeling like shite wishing I hadn't bothered.
