to be honest mate, your better off selling all you have and buying the 4x4 disc's and calipers....you can get the 2wd calipers to fit but have to grind parts down, and unless you change things like the servo and master cylinder you wouldnt notice any gain over the 4x4 stuff.....id say a big no no to the 2wd disc's though.... for one, putting all these washers on will mean there will be no bolt left to hold the wheels on.... i recon you should be able to sell the stuff you have and get enough to afford the 4x4 stuff...

Im sure the fiesta is the same as the escort if thats the case then if you want 4+4 calipers you need 2wd disc's. If you want to use 2wd 4 pots then 4mm needs to be taken off the mating edge of the caliper, where it bolts onto the hub. The 4+4 way is easyer but the 2wd is ment to be better. Have a look here

sorry for the late reply....all you will need is the 4x4 calipers ,disk's and pads...you will need to space the caliper from its mounting with a few washers so that the disk sits in the middle of the caliper.... get it all for a 4x4...
