Why do you want really stiff? Oddly this almost certainly won't help with how the car handles.

I changed my -60mm springs for -30mm items and the car gained ride quality, mechanical grip and far better feel and handling

if you want stiff but a nice ride ul need shocks to suit plus shocks go a long way to stiffening up the ride, if you aint got shocks buy the g max 1s n u might find its ok and alot stiffer wiv a great ride

i had g max shocks n springs on my old rover n they were excellent, lovely ride and it handled really good, then when i got my ZS i fitted pi springs wiv standard shocks and always knew i needed shocks to stiffen it up more, now im on gaz coilovers n i love it haha (exept if im not feelin wel, then drivin my car is hell)

G-Max are iffy verging on downright dangerous with very poor build quality. I've seen loads of their kits cracking round the spring platform. I wouldn't even recomend them to somebody I didn't like.

Avoid G-Max suspension like you would dipping your hairy bean bags in a pirhana tank at feeding time.

Coilovers in Harlow mate you must be potty. My dad lives there and I'm fed up of almost losing my car down the pot holes.

Poundage of springs will only help if the shocks them selves are uprated and can handle the adjustments of damping.

because im 17 and its a shity old fiesta,

love it to bits, but at the end of the day, its project budget build, and i want to spend as little as possible,

however, my mates just fitted mk3 early struts and springs all round on his mk3.5 si, so i might be able to pick up an early koni kit cheap

Mk3 and Mk3.5 struts aren't interchanagble as the hub is different. Might want to let your mate know before he kills himself
