Loads of people i know had a shit Xmas as they was ill with this Flu/bug/feel like shit illness and wile i wasnt laughin at them i thought i was lucky to not get it but now since the 29th i havent mooved out of the house shivvering, sweating, snot, caughing, weak, eyes are hurting you name it

Anyone else ill or been ill over the holiday?

yep had it since xmas night only really been out the house today been in bed ,weak dizzy snotty nose cough you name it it was awfull ruined my holidays fpr deffo + got work on wednesday

 

Yep, been ill in our household... flu and a bit of sickness here and there... infact Keith decorated Dewsbury hospital's triage area the other night when he took himself in cos he couldn't breathe properly... while mi daughter redecorated our living room and bedroom... well done all!

Still sat here sounding like a group of sea lions....

Kids had it on crimbo day, mrs had a day later n now i got it

 

i havnt had it but i probly will get it now lol

 

yes i have had it about 4 days before xmas day just taken tablets after tablets and antibotics that doctor gave me i could not walk at one mo i just felt shit had sickness shits chest infections ear infection runny nose blocked nose the works so it was the worst thing i have ever had in my life

Ok so we are all ill what are you doing about it?

2 paracetamole, 2 ibruphen every 6 hours

2 for a pound Lucozade she got 10 bottle on 4th bottle since 7:00pm when i got out o bed

Had to eat so i had a Hot'ish Curry in the hope it would burn some o the germs out, just went straight through me in an hour

ohh and honey and lemon, mrs is a Star for putting up with me

 

We all spent the whole night last night throwing up.....

At one point i thought i was gonna have to get an ambulance for my missus,she was so dehydrated....

We recovered a little today but all still a bit fooked up....

 

sorry to here that mate we are all in the same boat WTF is going on? somthing in the water?

 

I`m trying my best to keep the fookers out.........honest..

 

I been ill since saturday. Same symptoms as above.


Been out tonight and got a bit drunk, dont feel it at the moment.

But i think i'm going to be in bed all day tomorrow

Yep same here, been rough since about a week before xmas, still coughing up crap etc now

Had it about a month ago, then got the bastard thing day after I'd finished work for Christmas and had it right through to Boxing Day. Stressful

 

Well i have been drinking loads of water and tea trying to flush it out got some Cough med's left from the doctors when i had Bronkiters (sp) but thats not shifting my chough
Had a Hot curry last night but done nothing to help
I found Very strong pain killers worked take the coldnes away and made me feel better but dont wont to keep taking them

Its the bloody cough thats getting to me tho

 

was ill before xmas but luckily went away over the holidays
