I'm thinking of get 1 (as well as a capri) at some stage in my life (when I'm 25 or so)
So does any1 know what type?
I'm thinking of geting a cosworth kind are there any better out there?

there's nothing better than a cossie (or so you will be told here by most).
Prices vary and it's best look into it seriously when you are in a position to make a commitment, anything between 3.5 and 12K depending on the condition of the car.
If you value your life a 4x4 is probably your best bet, a 2wd if you don't
Also, you turn gay the instant you have a 4x4 so beware

IMO.....
Cosworth if you want loads of power, glory and such. But if you want a bargain, you want a V6, and preferably the mk1 shape.
We all know that ford V6's are going as cheaply as they ever will, they have low mechanical running costs, and the sweet, sweet roar of the V6, which, even if if it is a badly designed engine, still pulls 175bhp for very little expense, and gives you almost as much torque as a cossie at low revs. With a bit of cash thrown at it, the 12v cologne can easily get to the 200bhp mark, and if you have lots of money, you'll mebbe get just over 250bhp, but you should have heaps of torque at this point.
