Please remember that these R888's are essentially a competition tyre. There are very few competition cars that run these 'Skinny' sizes by the time you get to 17 and 18". That is obviously with the exception of 205/40/17. This is probably the most popular tyre size and no-one else really caters for it in this type of tyre, so I guess Toyo saw a market for it.
I struggle too because there is certainly not really anything there that I could use on a 16" rim.
Looks like Gary will put a set on his EVO soon though, so will let you all know how that goes when it eventually happens.
These tyres already have a very good reputation though.......

4 205 55 16's how much fitted or is that tyre on its own...
Also do u think the 225 will go on a 7 inch rim? and under the escorts arches
