Easy, but if all you want is 150bhp, cheaper to tune your 16i.

Cheaper to buy a second hand RS Turbo engine and drop it in.

Standard 133bhp add an exhaust, filter a chip and you'll have 150bhp.

RS Turbo brakes a re rubbish. Do a cossie conversion while you changing the engine

Best way to do this would be to stick a set of carbs on it, cam and a new set of lifters and get it all set up properly.

Theres no way your 16i will be doing 115bhp at the mo anyway.

For more hard work RST engine with all ancilaries and wiring harness and exhaust will do the 150bhp easier- just stick it on your box though or get a S1 box as the mountings are different.

Brakes wise- you need to do something with the tie bar and bulkhead flex before you attempt to make the brakes work. (RS16i problems)

My old rsi was dyno'd at 121bhp with panel filter and janspeed full system

I'd take out the rsi engine and keep it safe, and stick in a 2.0 Zetec for now, should see 150bhp easy

raise the compression, bit of headwork, chuck a lairy cam in it, and 45's and you'll be close i reckon. plus it will sound better than any RST.

My 2.1 pinto on 48's sounds the nuts
