am i right in thinking these should be flexable as the rear disk conversion i put on my car (minus brake lines) had copper lines but i thought these had to be flexable? if so what legnth lines do you guys use as the rst braided ones arnt long enough and i fink the braided lines would require a bend on the end to fit the caliper without stress on the pipe? cheers guys, pics would be great if anyone has them?

Take it as tongue in cheek please as thats the way it was meant
Better to ask, than not in some cases
But at least give out a clue and mention what calipers you have etc.
I may have parts just lying in the bin that could have been suitable but would never know

You can fit what the hell you like
We have done conversions with Mk5 RS stuff, a few with Audi TT calipers (quite popular) as they are similar to the 2wd but available brand new so no sticking caliprs etc and we even have a 300mm x 20mm vented disc conversion to take 4x4 rear calipers (or smaller if you have smaller wheels)
Only imagination is your limit
Ref your problem with the bends on the caliper we use a 90 degree union that screws into the caliper and a standard braided hose line to avoid this problem, others use a banjo fitting hose
Should you be out and about anywhere and get a split a hose the chances of finding or borrowing a standard one are far better than finding a special, so its all about minimising problems.
Stuff most people never even give a thought too

ive got the banjo type on the front of me new calipers, i use to have the 90 degree bend the braided when i had the brembos of an alfa which i made brackets for but done away with them due to problems as couldn't clear them, with spacers work but folwed arches
, then went cossie 4pots till new brakes were offered to me so have 2 lots to get rid of
