why have mods that aren't modding still got mods next to their names then?

how do we know who is an oficial mod and who is just a pretend mod?

can al the mods still mod?

why can't all the mods mod?

and how do we know which mods to pm if there is a problem?

Think the quieter mods like us that don't make a song and dance about what they have done have been casualty's of war so to speak. Maybe we should have been outspoken and a bit ott so everybody hated us on the board then we would be back in the fold
