Ive got a 1.8 zvh conversion on my RST, the problem i have is that it doesnt always start from cold. It bump starts no bother and it'll re start again if its any heat in it at all. This problem doesnt always happen, sometimes it will start when it is cold.

Anyone any ideas?

 

nope but if you do find out let me know as mine has trouble starting in the cold as well but starts eventually

 

sounds liek the water temp sensor at the back of the inlet could be playing up and the ecu not getting the true reading, a spray with WD40 in the plug may solve it if its just a dry connection
in fact, this time of year etc, most plugs could do with a bit of wd40 or electriacal contact grease

also when did you last have a set of plugs, or even check the ones in it?
