Default having trouble with my clutch cable!!

can anyone help i went to fit my clutch cable to my t5 box today and its too long?? i have changed the pedal box to a bias box so there is no ratchet so i think this is the problem?? only thing i can think of is extending a mount for the gear box to take up the play? so the cable sits further back? im sure this is common as many of you out there will have the same setup if there i a cable for the job please let me know cheers

You could fit a spacer between the end of the inner cable at the gearbox end and the clutch arm where it rests, this would do the same thing, ie make the inner shorter in relation to the outer.
Just use a bit of tube, cut a slit in it, slide it over the inner cable between the arm and end nipple of the cable, experiment with the length of the tube till you are happy.
