Default custom dash guages...

just looking on the old 'bay and came accross these:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/LOTUS-ELISE-EX...QQcmdZViewItem

just wondered if anybody had tried fitting them in any other cars? i'm looking to do a custom sash in mine, because i won't pay over the odds just to have 20mph more on a standard escort speedo

any idea how you'd hook it up?

thanks

The picture shows a instrument cluster from a Series 2 Elise / Exige. Early ones had blue backlight (hard to read) hence the later ones had amber. IIRC the S2 dash is driven by CANBUS so its going to be tough to fit.

IMHO you're better off finding a Series 1 Elise / Exige stack dash as its much easier to interface to
