1st UK Ford to win a drift comp, and won £1000quid
As title really. 24valve powered moonstone 3dr Cossie won the L2K drift competition at Lydd in Kent on Sunday, driven by Irish ProDrift driver Mark Coyne.
And won the 1000quid first prize
Like said all along, Sierras are as good a car as any other to use, just need some driving skill

Not bad day out, 70quid for a a whole day of practice and then competition, and make 1000quid for your troubles.
Surely all you "oh yeah, thats easy, i can do that" lot should be out there making easy money, surely?

I thought I remembered years ago someone, may even have been you Stavros saying that Sierras don't have enough lock to do drifting? I presume this has been modified to fix this?
And as for no bumper, over here in NZ EVERY bloody tit in a Jap Car thinks he is a drift king and they all drive about with no bumpers!!! Arseholes!!!

No, i didnt.
They dont have huge amounts of lock, but people always use that as an excuse, they got enough to do just fine in.
Its not about angle, its about speed.
If your at 90deg all the time youd be going fucking slowly and lose anyhow

17th mate.
Not gonna be much to watch mate TBH, just people dicking about around a load of cones on the tarmac ATC area on the infield.
Silverstones about an hour away from us, 1.5hrs if going slow.
Best off waiting for an actual event before watching, id be bored as fook watching on a practice day!
