Specialised Engines In Essex. -- Any one use em.
They have been very friendly and helpful whenever I've spoke to them. I have a specialist engines 1.9 lump. You get loads of torque with them I had 338lb @ 3700 rpm which made the car very drivable with low down power.
It will be for sale soon freshly rebuilt with EFi head and piper cam. PM me if interested for the details

I'm with The Strut Brace.. I had a complete nightmare with em - they built me a new engine and it was complete shite - worse than my fucked one I already had
Ran me in circles for months and months afterwards never accepted responsibilty and never did anything to sort it out
So went to Euro Engines (next to Lakeside, only 20mins from Specialised) and they built me a pukka unit and charged lass than half what SE charge

Chicken - ring em on the above number, ask for Russell or Mark
They also do the same USA 1900cvh that SE do, all engine mapping is done through a partnership with Ahmed (down at Grove Garage)
They're equipment is so much more up to date than SE too, far more "pro" if you ask me

I think it's very shoddy workmanship on their part a lot of the time, but then others just have amazing expiriences with them
