Default Cossie heated front windscreen

Hi there people since ive had my cossie the front heated windscreen has never worked. The light on the button lights up but nothing seems 2 happen. Is there anything common 2 look for. Also i noticed tonight inside the car seemed to be well steamed up inside. It was raining outside though. My carpets arnt wet. Any help would be gratefull.

Yeh its a saff 4x4. So the heated screen relay is near the glovebox next to the ecu relay and the fuel pump relay. Where are these rear ducts at then. The heaters are lovely and warm but the hole car was steamed up.

So the relay for the heated front windscreen,is it in the passenger side foot well and is it clipped onto the bottom of the dash with the other relays. What color are they?are they purple by any chance.
