Default radio control car people !

right, got my tamiya from japan today

i need some radio gear so been looking on fleebay and acoms has a 27mhz and a 40mhz radio set, which one do i need ?

rc car motors - the car comes with a sport tuned motor, is there a better / faster motor i could get for it ie a gt tuned motor ?

speed tuned gears - ive seen on ebay some spur gears that are speed tuned, would this make a lot of difference to speed ?

this is what you will need, stick with the motor you have for now, get used to the speed of the thing etc, then tune it up at a later date.

This is my latest creation

27 or 40 mhz doesnt matter..... aslong as control & reciver are same, with same chip

vroom - depends what servo you put on it you can get normal ones or super fast metal geared ones
