Default Co adjustment help needed

I have a 91 saff 4x4 cossy red top, its running stage 3 on greens.
Had a prob which is now fixed but want to check/ adjust Co, im told differant things. Some say set it to 1-2% on idle others say between 3-5 so im not sure now and need some help.
Maybe i can see what shes at and then take readings over various rev positions to see if it goes weak or rich, worried if wrong i hole a piston if weak or bore wash on idle if rich. Cheers for any help. Steve

Another option could be to go closed-loop. Much better, guaranteed pass on MOT for emissions (provided lambda sensor is functioning) and SO much better reponse and general driving.

more importantly you have now taken a percentage off your fuel map so check the fueling at peak boost or a meltdown could be on the cards

or get a wideband on it you cant simulate boost fueling without making boost needs to be it done on the rollers or on road
