Default FAO: Self Employed, small firms etc - Polo Shirt Embroidery!

I (or Vortech!!) have now branched out slightly from signwriting and have bought an Embroidery machine so can offer polo shirts, fleeces, jumpers, t-shirts etc with company names/logos etc on. I've been churning out stuff on it for the last month or so and am now pretty much up to scratch now so am starting to advertise to recoup the cost of the bloody thing ! Already picked up some healthy contracts with some large firms so all good . I will carry on doing stickers/signs/vans etc and numberplates will commence again very soon (changing supplier/machine as i've been messed about by my current stockist!)

So if there are any self employed people out there or people with small businesses (or large) that wish to have polo shirts etc done then get in touch.!

As a rough price guide polo shirts (fruit of the loom - any colour in their range) with embroidered lettering or a logo will start from £7.50 a shirt depending on amount of thread but with NO SETUP FEE (what most companies charge for!!). Minimum order is 6 shirts at a time. One off's can be done but prices may be a spit higher!! Logos can be multicoloured, any fonts etc etc.

Just to add here that Nuts RS supplies the Passionford Poloshirts so anyone wanting these go direct to Tony .

Can either pm me on here or email sales@vortechsigns.com for enquiries

Wish me luck!!

Cheers
Chris

how about embroidering initials on tracksuit tops??

there will be approximately 15 of them, all the same with just 2 initials on each

rough cost??

( it's for our football training tops, so the letters need only be about 2-3" tall )

Yes mate I can embroider on pretty much any material. Fruit of the Loom actually do 3 different qualities of polo shirt, the premium quality one being virtually no different to the usual Ralph/YSL polo shirts. Price wise isn't an awful lot different either!!

If you do wish to use an alternative make or wish to supply the shirts we can sort a price on purely the embroidery!

What's the limit on minimum font size and such? Can you work from an EPS? Our logo is quite detailed you see.

we can go pretty small on the font but you gotta remember its cotton so too much detail is a no no!! Unfortunately all embroidery files are completely different to any other types (Ai/EPS/Tif etc) so would have to be drawn again. I can work direct from TTF Fonts though. The software is pretty clever though so it can be pretty accurate. Email the design you have and ill say yay or nay!!!

Words in fire always look cool
