Default Maximum BHP on Greens?

I'm told my Cossie has a 380bhp chip designed for Greens. I see other users here quoting around 370bhp proven on greens, but some people say they can't make more than about 350.

So who knows the highest power figure for a Cossie using 4 Green 803 injectors?

My car has T34.63 & RS500 ic etc.

Highest figure i remeber was Mike R`s car, think it was around 380bhp back in the day...

Think 350-360 is probably what you'll find...

Why not change to another injector??

I would use at least 400s (light Blues) for 380bhp.

Greens will be well over stretched to make that power, and you run the risk of melting your engine.

Steve.

Mine were maxed out at just over 300bhp. Due to head work, cams and fiddled with T34. Couldnt fuel enough for the air it was being fed.

Seen 2 cars max Greens out at 328bhp, yes you could wind the fuel pressure up a bit more. Whats the point though? why not just buy bigger injectors to start with?

I have never told anyone to go for Greens, i allways tell them 55lbs or if they dont want that route light blues.

It depends how good the greens are!!
If they are gummed up with varnish not as much as if they were nice and clear.
I have personally seen and been at a test session on an engine dyno with a cossie lump on greens, ie 0280 150 803's where it did 377 all day long repeatedly with no lean off at all at std fuel pressure.
My own one has just made 328.8 and nowhere near the limit on greens duty cycle.
