Default Cosworth engine oil - where do i get it from??!!

I know this has been talked about alot but i just want to check....

my car is 2wd running about 335 bhp, and is using Silkolene Pro S 10w50 Esther Synthetic.... is that the right stuff i should be using????

the main reason i ask is that i have been told that i shouldnt use fully synthetic, which this oil is.... do you have any comments on that??

The only time not to run full sync is on engine run in, when you can run any old cheap mineral oil.

ben,how long have you known me?and how long have i been into rs's? im not a thick cunt you know!
the cossies came from the factory running 5w30 fully synthetic.i have always run mine on this from ford.or an equivalent if i needed to and i was not near ford.

Ive always been told 15/40 semi synthetic like shell helix or mobil 1 and that was from A1 Rally sport.

Are you sure? Says in the manual to run them on nothing but 5W50 synthetic oil.
