bankers draft question

hi guys can you draw cash straight off a bankers draft or do they have to clear like a cheque ????

should be able to mate, maybe give it 20min for it to get processed and it should be fine to draw money

drafts take 3 days to clear just like a cheque. However they are guaranteed to clear unlike a cheque
