diff gearbox oil

i have a 2wd saph whats the recommended gearbox oil and i also have a quaife diff what oil to use in that as going to top them up cheers in advance

i heard that people used to use automatic trans fluid in gearbox is this still done cheers

Speak to Opie oils.

Quaife recomend Silkolene Silktran Syn 5 fully synthetic 75w/90 for the diff.

Standard ATF fluid for the gearbox is ok (I used Amsoil Synthetic ATF)
