no f ing way does manheim charge £58 quid on £1600 if its private,
trade is nearly £100, they rob private punters blind.
and its 2 old german sisters who own it,they have more wedge
than oxfam would know what to do with

Aah look at that, is it a 1.1S?
back in the day when headrests, centre console and rear wash wipe were extra's to get excited about, I even remember selling Mk1 Fiestas with plastic carpets and manual (ie use your foot) screen wash pumps, and no reverse lamps! basic or what

At my local Manheim the charges on top for a 1600 winning bid will be between £150 - £200 so it'd probably cost near enough 1800 by the time they drive it out of there.

Then it'll need taxing

Tidy car though for its age!

Look at the prices of Mk1 and Mk2 escorts these days, one of them in this kind of condition would sell for an absolute fortune.

available so you never know, he may swap your clapped out
mk3 feesta rust bucket.
i never had many mk1's, but had loads of mk2's
women loved the special edition mk2's like the olympus or the Dash
