I purschased 2 bed side cabinets, in the showroom had them with metal handles and metal feet and so did the brochure they have turned up with wood knobs and feet

So I call them up and they say I had to specify metal at extra cost and they cant be returned ? I was like well the salesman never mentioned this ? If he had I would of bought them I assumed that was how they came....

The manufacturer will not take them back and the shop say it isnt there fault. They will try and get the handles if the manufacturer will sell seperately but they probably wont fit different screw holes

I have said this is both our errors but they dont except that

So I said if they cant sort it I will stop the cheque for the payment of the goods about £600 considering the side units were 800 I hope this kicks them into action ( I guess it could goto court !)
