whats the best oil

just finishing rebuilding my fiesta turbo what the best oil to use and grade cheers

go to www.opieoils.co.uk and find the phone number....give them a call and they wil recommend you a very good oil, and deliver it to your door in a couple of days, for a good price too.

i have a feeling they will say Silkolene
