How do you report to ebay for this type of thing? I know how to report for non payers, but not non sellers

I asked a fella in comet if I could take the side of the case of one of their demo pc's and check the amount of pci cards, weather it had an agp slot or not and firstly he had no idea what i was talking about, and secondly said it was against company policy, hence why I build my own.

 

dan, £359 is for the celeron processor the P4 is more mate, which makes his buy a good deal, i reackon hes still got it mate, and the sold it to his mate story is bollocks, go round there and get yer PC

 

Gra, even worse I just lost and auction for a Dell Optiplex P4 (2.3GHz,512mb RAM, 40gb HDD, incl monitor etc) by only a couple of quid

 

matt send him an email saying hes talkijng bollocks and tell him he doesnt have a foot to stand on, tell him youll give him a week to sort out getting you the goods or you'll come down and take them (or similar items) with your mates if he doesnt sort it out..

that way if he CAN give it to you, he will... if it is sold to a mate i bet he'll be asking the mate to give the PC back...

make sure you make it clear you DO have his home address...

Just sent him a mail which went something like this;

He said;

I'm really sorry about this, as I have had this on there 4 times already and it never sold I didn't think it did this time. blah blah blah....

I said;

Hmmm.... Well anyway I contacted ebay about it and they say legally, it is mine, and that you are in breach of contract. THey said you have to reclaim the item and complete the transaction as per the agreement you had with ebay, other wise I have to fill in a bunch of forms which a) I don't wanna do and b) the end result is you will get banned from ebay. THey have also sent me your address, so soon as you have got it back then let me know when to come over and collect. Thanks!

If you go to pay by cheque ebay gives you the address anyway.

Goto PAY and just follow on from there.

 

you can request contact details from ebay, so if they dont appear on the payment status just use the request contact details from,

So looks like I ain't getting fuck all

So told him I won't bother doing the whole reporting process if he leaves me decent feedback.... When he does I'm ognna fucking CAIN him with bad feedback

i know it doesnt get this pc mate but was just looking on dell website at there refurbished desktops and you can get the same spec as this pc direct from them for about the same price.im also sure your get some sort of warranty with them aswell.
id still give him the worst feedback ever as what he has done is bang out of order

 

Yeah been looking at the refrubished ones mate, but have to find one that is cheaper as they don't come with monitors or other peripherals (mouse, keyboard speakers etc) so if I can find one £50-£60 less then I will be able to get those other bits off ebay or such and stay within my budget
