60gig is better for quite a few reasons.

usb slots, backward compatibility to play ps1/2 games, net surfing etc etc.

Well, everyone knows that PS3 is having a rather ropey time of things. Only 2 million sales so far, and very difficult gestation period which ate up huge cash reserves. But it's now starting to come to light just how bad the PS3 situation is. And no, I'm not having a go here. This is actually pretty worrying for everyone as nobody wants to see MS having a monopoly, as they'll only end up taking advantage of it.

Apparently, for 2 million sales, Sony have lost an incredible $844 million. That, in one fell swoop, is more loss than Sony made profit from the Playstation department is the past 12 years!!! All the profit from PS, PS2 and PSP completely gone!!!

Luckily, TV and camcorder sales have helped Sony stay in profit, but how long before they start to question the value of PS3?



I'm not having a go here as I have a PS3 and 360. I just copied this from another site. Not so good, sony NEED to get GTA4 as an exclusive, as that will sell consoles.

Yeah I know it is. It's being launched on the 360 and PS3 on the same date. But Sony need to get it as a PS3 exclusive, at least for a few months, like on the last generation.

Sony were offered the exclusive rights to the game but they turned it down, silly IMO.
The 360 version will have exclusive content for download through the Live marketplace.
