This is on a mk3 capri, same shocks as a mk2 escort etc etc etc, i need help getting the front shock absorbers off, ive taken the Track rod control arm thing off, anti-roll bar hasnt been removed yet but it looks easy enough to take off

what do i do next, i am renewing the shock absorbers with new ones cause mine are boogered.
