mk2 xr2 wanted,or xr2 turbo....best condition as possible,cash waiting for the right one...

 

i have a mk2 xr2 totally standard. i had it fully restored 2 years ago by moorland classic cars and it cost Ł5,500. heres some pics.

i'm after Ł3000 for it as i think its one of the best left. i'm in no hurry to sell so i won't take offers much less than that
the only difference is that the pepperpots are now painted black

wow she's a stunner mate,could you tell how many owners there is including you,history,how you owned the car etc...i'm on hols at the mo,won't be back till nov...

 

i'm only the second owner, the first was i guy from manchester. the log book says 1 previous owner. i've had the car for 3 years in febuary and only use it in the summer. my first car was red xr2 so when i had enough money again i got this. i looked at a few before this one. its got mot till april 2008, but i've just sorned it again. theres a folder full of history plus nearly every mot to prove its only done 70,000 miles. theres pictures of the restoration, receipts for new parts. its just had a radiator as it had a small leak.

i fitted a exhaust when i got it and i've done about 7,000 miles in the 3 years that i've owned it. its just had 2 new rear tyres in september when i took it to croft, so these have done less than 500 miles.

i'm only selling now as i can't see myself using it again and its just in a lockup. its to good to leave in car parks and i'm always scared its going to get damaged, so i thought i'd put it up forsale, but if i don't get Ł3000 it'll just stay in the garage till next year and i'll try selling it then.

This is why I have gone into so much detail, particularly with the pictures!
