with all the recent "stories" regarding different rollers giving different resluts, is it not possible to have a directory/list of all the rolling roads in the land with a quick little description of their facilities so that we can find one local to us or a particular field they specialise in?

it would be a nice little reference for us all with the added bonus of peole not being able to badmouth (or, on the flip side, promote) any of the posts once they have gone up other than via request to a mod incase the information posted is out of date/has been changed etc?

if it's too much of an undertaking then fine, it's just a though is all

I think it's a good idea BUT it is difficult for PF to basically endorse businesses for obvious reasons of remittance.

I don't see why there shouoldn't be a directory of currently paid up traders and what they do though? As by having a trader avatar, they are technically endorsed by PF already

It's also a bit of a kick in the teeth for the current paid up traders if we start listing those all over the country that don't even come on Pf

 

ok then, can we have a list, like we have at the top when you look for members, that takes us to a list of traders and what they trade?

probably been thought of and binned as an idea but a quick and easy way for people to know who's got what and offers what from their business

for example, if they've got a set of rollers then you could have a little rr icon in their profile, or if they did mapping, or exhuasts or general garage work or just specialised in only one particular feild

in the same way as the garage is done, you could just give them a list of optiona from a drop down menu and they could adjust it themselves

and, if the idea takes off, more people would be possibly prepared to sign up as an easy way to get some business their way
