having some problems with my bonnet raisers. just fitted the and gone to shut the bonnet , problem is it goes onto the latch but wont shut rite down,so its only half way closed if that makes any sense. anyone had this problem??/lcheers.keiran

 

sounds to me like the raisers are too high. try adjusting the bonnet latch.

 

Iirc you can adjust the bonet at the front using the shaft that closes it, Have a look at the shaft that comes out of the bonnet and see if it has a large nut at the top that holds tight against the bonnet, If so slacken this off then you can wind the shaft further in the bonnet then re tighten the nut and it should sort out your issues.
