just make sure they are compatible with any alarms and immobilisers you may ahve on the car

on my old S2 i had a clifford with the turbo timer function built into it....was very handy

Personally I would keep the money in my pocket and drive the last few miles home with my foot not nailed in the carpet. Just seem a bit of a gimmick to me

turbo timers are pukka, well the only reason why i would have one is so i can warm the car up in winter without worrying about someone getting the car too far

apart from that yes its a gimick,,,, and you will get fucked off with people telling you your cars still running when you leave it anywhere i promise you

as rory said though, get a alarm built in one

mine old cars one was a blitz unit with a biult in boost gauge and boost warning system

let me look for a piccy of it

How can it be shite, all it is is a relay that keeps the circuit open for an amount of time.

Even £25 sounds steep!

my Greddy/Trust one is linked to the ECU and varies the amount of time it allows the car to run for depending on time and engine load. its got a default minimum setting of 19 secs and built in security features so that as soon as the handbrake is released it cuts off straight away so dont have to worry about cunts trying to drive off in it when i leave it ticking over.

Handy bit of kit
