Found this old Weber carb in the garage...
Got handed a garage by the neighbours over the weekend and the guy said that there was a weber carb in there for a ford escort, He said that he bought it as an upgrade to the std carb that was on his mk2(?) escort.
He had it on there for about 4-5 years and then took it off when he sold the car.
Can anyone shed any light as to what sort of carb i have here, I have included some pics below.
cheers all

If it was a weber twin choke as fitted to 1600gt engines,it would definately worth ebaying it.

Was found on a lot of CVH engines people used to slate them but they used to be able to run a car very well if set up properly but a twin choke webber was a far better option
